Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Stylcept mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of Stylcept ("we", "us", "our"), an individual developer based in India. By using the App you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the EU) and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Stylcept is an AI-powered personal styling application that provides personalised outfit recommendations based on your style profile, occasion, and weather conditions. The App uses artificial intelligence to generate outfit suggestions and outfit preview images.
To use Stylcept you must register using a valid mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@stylcept.com of any unauthorised use of your account.
One account per person. You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their explicit consent.
Stylcept offers the following subscription plans:

One "session" equals one occasion request that generates up to 3 outfit looks. Sessions reset on the 1st of each calendar month and do not roll over.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings.
All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or platform policy. Refund requests must be directed to Google Play or Apple App Store, as we do not process payments directly. If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, contact us at support@stylcept.com.
If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly disclosed before purchase. After the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the App, including your face photo and style preferences ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use that content solely to provide the App's services to you.
You represent that you have the right to upload any content you submit and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.
Outfit recommendations and images generated by the App are created using artificial intelligence. You acknowledge that:
The App, its design, logo, and all content created by us are owned by Stylcept and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.
AI-generated outfit images created for your personal use are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.
The App may display links to third-party shopping websites. We are not responsible for the content, availability, pricing, or practices of those third-party websites. Your interactions with third-party websites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time through the Profile tab in the App. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections 8, 10, 12, and 13 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
We encourage you to contact us at support@stylcept.com before initiating any legal proceedings so we can attempt to resolve the matter amicably.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:
If you downloaded the App from the Google Play Store, your use is also subject to Google Play's Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Google Play's Terms of Service, Google Play's Terms of Service shall prevail with respect to your use of Google Play.
